Pools and Saunas

Our spa has three swimming pools and separate dressing rooms/saunas for men and women.

There is a design prisma window on the ceiling right above the pools that lights up the spa as the seasons change.

For groups, we also offer private swimming hours and aqua aerobic lessons.

Cold therapy shower

Amandan® cold therapy shower gives you a refreshing +10°C water mist experience. Cold therapy is an effective e.g to speed up muscle recovery and bring relief for those who suffer chronic pain.
